Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with a little brown sugar with an orange and a glass of water.
For lunch I had a salad of romaine lettuce, croutons, and salad dressing. I also had a whole wheat ciabatta bun on the side.
Dinner was breakfast in disguise. I had scrambled eggs, ham, and toast.
