I heard about this race somewhere on Twitter a couple weeks ago. It sounded awesome (hello zombies) and like a lot of fun, so I knew I wanted to sign up. The cool part about this particular race is that you can be either a racer or a zombie (there’s two kinds: slow walkers like in Shawn of the Dead or chasers like in 28 Days Later). Zombies go after racer’s flags (like in flag football).
I talked my brother into signing up with me. Last week he talked to some friends about it, and they’re going to be zombies with us too. We’re all going to be slow walking zombies. Costumes are encouraged, so we’re trying to figure out what kind of zombies we want to be. Let me know if you have any cool ideas.
