Breakfast was my usual cereal, yogurt, and fruit – apple sauce in this case.
Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich on a multi grain ciabatta bun with an apple and a glass of water.
Dinner was this delicious looking salad I bought at the grocery store after work. There’s something about having berries on your salad that makes it so much tastier than usual.

Berries on my salad make my world complete (or pears stuffed with bleu cheese!)
