Yesterday was busy with school stuff so I didn’t get a chance to post about my weigh in. Not to worry though, cause that’s what this post is.

I had another successful week. I’m down 2.1 pounds! I’m pretty excited to be seeing my hard work pay off. I’m eating a lot better than I was, plus I’m deciding to move more.

Today was a prime example of making good choices when it comes to food. By the time I got home from work I was really hungry. It would have been so easy to grab something that required little to no prep time to eat, but instead I used some leftover chicken I had cooked a day or two before and used that as the base of my lunch. Yeah, it meant I had to work and wait a little longer to eat, but it was definitely worth it in the end.

And cause every post needs a photo, I made butter chicken and rice for dinner. It was pretty good. You can’t go wrong with Indian food.
