Breakfast was some cereal, an orange, yogurt, and water. It was a quick and easy breakfast, which was just what I needed.
Lunch was a veggie burger with cheese on a whole wheat ciabatta bun. On the side I had a clementine, a Granny Smith apple, and glass of water.
Dinner was pasta with my dad’s delicious homemade sauce.

My go-to breakfast if I dont feel like making anything is to just grab a couple packets of plain instant oats and fruit to put in it. Luckily at work we have a little kitchen so we have some staples there like honey, peanut butter, etc. so I can usually concoct something decent as far as instant oats go. Otherwise, I prefer eggs for breakfast but sometimes I just dont feel like making them though if Im in a hurry
