Breakfast was cranberry granola, vanilla yogurt, a Granny Smith apple, and a glass of water. Since I’m up pretty early for work most days (my alarm goes off at 3:45 am), I’m usually still half asleep when I make my breakfast. Having something easy to put together for breakfast is pretty nice.
When I got home from work I had a salad with croutons and Cesar dressing along with a piece of sunflower seed bread. The bread was better than I thought it was going to be. I also had some water.
Dinner was a veggie burger on a multigrain ciabatta bun, carrots, hummus, and some apple sauce.
