I can’t believe the weekend is almost over. It feels like it’s flown by.
Friday I started off my weekend with a yoga class. It was just what I needed to relax and get grounded again after a long stressful week.
Saturday I did some homework followed by another yoga class in the afternoon. Afterwards I headed over to a friend’s place. We watched War of the Worlds. I’d never seen it before, and I have to admit I wasn’t all that impressed by it. I’m not a big Tom Cruise fan, so maybe that’s why I didn’t like it.
Once the movie was over we decided to go out for dinner. We ended up at an Indian restaurant cause I had a craving for butter chicken. I needed it bad. We shared some samosas for an appetizer that were really good, and I ordered the butter chicken for my entree. The naan bread was pretty tasty too.
Sunday morning I went to church and then spent some time in the afternoon working on some more homework.
Today I’m taking it easy again (gotta love three day weekends). Right now I’m watching Nights in Rodanthe while I’m writing this blog post. The song in the trailer is by one of my favourite artists, Gavin Rossdale. The trailer is worth a watch just for that song.
