Monday night I had to go downtown for a meeting about volunteering. When I got there it was still sunny, but when the meeting was over I was struck by how pretty downtown was at night. I’m usually only ever there during the day, so seeing this view was a treat.
I mentioned earlier this week that I was interviewing for a second job. Well the interview went great and before I left the interview I signed a contract! I did something very similar as a volunteer when I was in university, so I knew it would be a great fit. Plus making a little extra money is awesome too.
Wednesday after work I went for a walk in Bowmont. It’s amazing how much the colors change depending on the season. It was an overcast day, but it wasn’t too cold. I think weather like that is perfect for walking.
As for the weekend, I’m looking forward to Saturday. I’m going to my usual yoga class and then to play indoor soccer afterwards. I feel bad that I’ve only been to one soccer game since it started in September, so I figured I should get myself there tomorrow. School ended up taking up a lot more time than I was expecting.

Downtown is pretty at night. Unfortunately being down there all day doesn’t make me want to stick around to see what it looks like at night!
