Breakfast was some granola, vanilla yogurt, mandarin orange, and a glass of water.
For lunch I had a capicola sandwich on a multigrain ciabatta bun. On the side I had some cheese and fruit.
Dinner was a veggie burger with cheese, relish, mustard, and ketchup. I also had an apple and some water.

im pretty mellow with my burgers – cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard and ketchup – it is one of the few things that i actually put ketchup up! YUM a burger sounds good for lunch now :)
