Sunday morning I went for a walk with my dad to Bowmont. We covered about 2 km in 35 minutes.
Wednesday morning I did the upper body workout from Workout: One-On-One Training with Jackie (< affiliate link). By the time I was done my shoulders were burning.
Saturday afternoon I went to my usual yoga class with my dad. My co-worker was teaching it. and when I told her I wanted to bring my dad she said she’s teach a restorative class.
It was the first restorative class I’ve ever taken, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It was awesome though. Even though it was an hour long class, it felt like it was over in 10 minutes. It was great to spend some time just relaxing and allowing the tension in my body (hello shoulders) to leave. My dad hasn’t stopped talking about it, so I think he really enjoyed it too.
