Breakfast consisted of a cranberry lemon muffin, cherry yogurt, a Granny Smith apple, and a glass of water.
For lunch I had a sandwich on a multi grain ciabatta bun with mustard and capocollo. On the side I had some fruit and cheese.
Dinner had to be quick cause I had a meeting to go to, so I decided on a beef bowl. It was frozen so I only had to put it in the microwave for a few minutes. Considering it was a frozen meal it was actually fairly good. The only thing it was missing was more veggies.
