Saturday morning I found a surprise my brother had left for me. I have a thing for cranberries. I love just about anything with cranberries. When he saw this he said he thought of me and bought it for me.
I knew I wanted to get some chem done Saturday morning cause I had a yoga class in the afternoon, so I made the cranberry drink and got down to business. (The drink was awesome BTW, I’m going to get some more – it was the perfect combination between tart and sweet).
The yoga class I’m going to charges a food bank donation for admission. It’s awesome. I get to help the community as well as get in a workout. You can’t go wrong with that. After lunch I went to the grocery store to buy my donation. The class was great. I worked hard for the first part and got to relax the second.
Last weekend I started reading Insatiable by Meg Cabot. Although she’s written a lot of books for teens, this one if for adults. I have about 100 pages left to go, and I’m really enjoying it. It’s the first of three books. The second one has already been released, so I’m already planning to read that one too.
I got an exciting email Sunday night. A friend who I play soccer with on Tuesday nights got me in touch with a group that plays indoor soccer on Saturdays from September to April. Sunday I heard back and it looks like it’s a go! I’m pretty excited to be able to play through the winter. Outdoor soccer will start up again at the end of April, so I’ll be able to play the entire year this year.
