Sky at Soccer September 3 2013

My first workout this week was on Tuesday night at soccer. 7 of us came out, so we had enough people to play without getting exhausted, but we still got lots of funning in. Lately we’ve been playing on a smaller field, cause trying to play a game on a full sized field with only 7 people would be craziness. That photo is of the sky as I was walking back to my car. It was an absolutely beautiful night.

Saturday afternoon (after a morning full of doing chem homework), I went to my yoga class. It was great. The first part of the class was ashtanga, and the last part was restorative. I thought it was a great combination – I worked hard and then I got to relax. This morning my arms are sore, it must have been all those push-ups and planks.

I just found out that there’s a spin place fairly close to where I live. They have a $25 weekly unlimited pass for new customers, and I’m thinking of trying it out. I’ve never done spin before, but I think I’d like it.

Has anyone done spin before? What did you think of it?

    Spinning is great when you benefit from having a group that keeps you going.

    As I was very self-conscious before I lost weight, it hadn’t quite been an option for me :)
