Breakfast was a cranberry lemon muffin, a Granny Smith Apple, and some cherry yogurt (that got eaten before I remembered to take a photo).
Lunch was a Greek salad that I bought from the grocery store. It had romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese. Oh so good!
I also had a multi grain ciabatta bun on the side.
Dinner was my mom’s amazingly delicious mac and cheese. She usually only makes it a few times a year, but it’s so good. I rounded out my dinner with some carrots and hummus.
