I did the upper body workout from Workout: One-On-One Training with Jackie (affiliate link) Monday morning before work. I think this is probably my favourite workout. When I’m not sure what I want to do, this seems to be the workout I always gravitate to.
I played soccer Tuesday night. A couple of the ladies on the team brought their teenaged daughters, so I was definitely working harder than usual to try to keep up with them. They’re amazing soccer players, and very fast!
That was it on the workout front this week. I’ve been feeling kind of off the last week or so. I’m hoping I’ll be more with it next week and get in at least three or four workouts.
