Breakfast was fruit, cereal, and vanilla yogurt. It was pretty basic but oh so yummy.
For lunch I made a sandwich with a whole wheat pita, spinach, mustard, salami, and Swiss cheese. I had some apple sauce and some yogurt as well.
I had a Greek salad for dinner made of spinach, tomato, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and Greek salad dressing. I also had a handful of almonds on the side for some protein.
