For breakfast I had a sesame bagel with margarine, cherry yogurt (so good!), and an apple.
I was really feeling the fruit, so I loaded up on that – it just looked so good. I also had a whole wheat pita and a handful of almonds for some protein. Almonds are one of my favourite nuts.
Dinner was ham, green beans, and some sweet potato. I don’t know why I don’t eat more sweet potato. Every time I have it I love it.
