Monday morning I did level 1 of the 30 Day shred. I was a sweaty mess by the time I was done. Somehow the more sweaty I am the more accomplished I feel.
I didnβt workout again until Thursday morning. I havenβt been sleeping well, so getting up at 5:45 to workout didnβt happen despite the fact I really tried to get up. I decided sleep was more important that working out, at least for a few days. I ended up doing the yoga for relaxation class on yogadownload.com. It was just what I needed. It was a challenging class (balancing poses are tough for me), but I was also able to clear my head too.
Saturday morning I did the upper body routine from the One on One Training with Jackie DVD. It felt like it had been awhile since I last did this workout, so it felt good to do it again. My shoulders were toast by the time I was done.
