Breakfast was some cherry yogurt, the last of the granola, and apple sauce.

WIAW Lunch July 17 2013

For lunch I made up a veggie pita that included romaine lettuce, carrots, and tomato with a little bit of hummus in a whole wheat pita. I had some leftover Mozzarella pasta salad, and some vanilla yogurt on the side.

WIAW Dinner July 17 2013

Dinner was a chicken and veggie stir fry with sweet and sour sauce. There’s rice under all that chicken and veggies, it’s just hard to see. I always manage to forget how good water chestnuts are. I usually only ever have them in stir fries. I need to figure out how else I can eat them.

    I’ve always liked bok choy in stir fries! And baby corn was just too fun. Looks great :)
