Monday morning was a holiday here for Canada Day. I decided to get in a bike ride early in the morning to avoid the heat. It didn’t last very long. My legs were tired, and before I knew it they were done. I didn’t get as far as I wanted to go, but at least I got a workout in.
Thursday morning I did level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I hadn’t done it for awhile, so it felt a little tougher than it normally would have been.
Saturday morning I decided on a walk. I didn’t feel like driving to Bowmont to walk there, so I just walked around my neighbourhood. I’m lucky enough to live near quite a few green spaces and paths, so I took advantage of them.
