Like I mentioned earlier this week, I wanted to get in three workouts, and that’s exactly what I did.
Monday morning I did level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. This workout manages to kick my butt ever single time. By the time I was done (about 20 minutes later), I was exhausted.
On Wednesday I did the lower body workout on the One on One Training with Jackie DVD. It was intense to say the least. I’ve done this particular workout quite a few times before, but I don’t think I’ve ever been this sore before.
Friday afternoon after work I went for a walk. It was great for me to get outside and enjoy the view of the river and the mountains. I even managed to include a few hills. I was still sore from Wednesday’s workout, so I thought a walk would be a good way to still stay active but still be gentle on my legs.

I ran 4 miles yesterday, and my trash was totally kicked after 3.25
