Breakfast was cereal, an orange,strawberry and peach yogurt, and a glass of water. I can’t be the only one who actually likes eating the same thing every morning, am I? It’s so much easier when I don’t have to think about what I’m doing in the morning.
Lunch was veggie sushi from the grocery store. Is there ever a time I’ll say no to sushi? That green and white package at the top of the photo is soya sauce. I hardly ever eat it cause I find it so salty (I don’t eat pretzels either cause they’re too salty for me). Well it had been awhile since I’d last had some soya sauce, so I thought I’d give it a try. After one bite I knew I wasn’t going to like it. It’s definitely still too salty for me.
Dinner was a chicken and veggie sweet and sour stir fry. My favourite veggies to have in stir fries are bell peppers, but the frozen veggie mixes that I usually use for stir fries never have enough in them. One of these days I’m going to use fresh veggies and I’ll put in as many peppers as I want.
Apparently it was an Asian kind of food day for me. Do you ever accidently have a themed day of food?

The only time I’ve said no to sushi is at a Chinese restaurant that I felt had no right to be handling raw fish like that. Lol.
Yours looks great though. Oo, and so does that stir fry!
