Monday morning I did the upper body workout on my One on One Training with Jackie DVD. I used weights that were a little heavier than I was using and I definitely felt the difference. It was doable, but I felt like I was working harder.
I did the 30 Day Shred on Tuesday morning, once again using the heavier weights. You’d think I’d get tired of this DVD cause I do it at least once a week, but so far that hasn’t happened.
Wednesday I used as a rest day, so on Thursday I got back to it with another workout from One on One Training with Jackie, though this time I did the lower body workout. It’s amazing how many lunges and squats I can do when I try. By the time I was done I knew my legs were done – they felt like jello going up the stairs. This was my hardest workout of the week.
My friend and I had a walking date on Thursday afternoon. We didn’t have any kids and one one dog with us, so we managed a pretty good pace. It was a beautiful day, so I was more than happy to get out and enjoy the nice weather.
