Monday’s workout was an old one from a boot camp that I participated in awhile back. I forgot how hard those were! I was definitely feeling it in my arms and core the day after.
Tuesday I decided on doing level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. It was a good thing I’ve done this DVD quite a few times before cause I was still half asleep when I started. For some reason I just couldn’t wake up.
I decided to take Wednesday as a rest day, so on Thursday I did the lower body workout from One on One Training with Jackie. By the time I was done my legs felt like jello. It definitely felt good to put everything I had into the workout.
