I did level 1 from Jillian Michael’s Ripped in 30 DVD on Monday. I found it to be similar in style to 30 Day Shred, but it was different enough to not be boring. I think once I do it a couple more times I’ll get the hang of it more. Mountain climbers are tough!
Tuesday morning I was feeling ambitious and thought I’d do two of the routines from One on One Training with Jackie. I decided to do the upper body and core workouts. By the time I was done I was exhausted. I definitely felt the ab work the next day.
Tuesday afternoon was a beautiful day (I think the temperature got up to 17C/62F) so I had to take advantage of it. I went out to Bowmont for a walk. It was pretty nice not to have snow and ice everywhere – it finally feels like spring.
The last workout of the week was on Thursday morning. Despite waking up an hour and a half before my alarm went off (and not being able to go back to sleep – thanks stress) I was ready for my workout. I decided on the 30 Day Shred. For some reason it was really tough. Maybe it was the lack of sleep. It was a good way to end off the week though, I’m definitely ready for a couple days off.
What was your hardest workout this week?
I loved the 30 day shred when I did it. Ripped in 30 is good too but not as good as 30 day shred in my opinion :)
I did a circuit workout yesterday that was pretty tough.
