For breakfast I had an English muffin with margarine, an orange, yogurt, and a glass of water.
Lunch was a multi grain wrap with mustard, spinach, chicken, a pickle, and cheese. I also had an apple and yogurt on the side, and water.
Dinner was leftover beef stroganoff. I haven’t had it in ages and it tasted really good. Hopefully it doesn’t take years for me to have it again.
