I did awesome at accomplishing my goals in February. I wanted to be more consistent with my workouts and be in bed before 10 most nights. Both of which I did. Woohoo! Here’s what I want to do this month.
Practice yoga at least once a week. Since my last yoga class in December I’ve noticed how tight my left hip and shoulders get. Sure I’ve done a couple yoga workouts on my own since then, but nothing consistent. I think if I start doing yoga again once a week it’ll help with the tightness.
Journal 3 times a week. I used to journal daily, It was awesome. There’s something about being able to get my thoughts on paper that makes me less stressed and anxious. I want to get back into that routine.
