This is the last week of Tina’s boot camp. It’s hard to believe that it’s been just about two months since I started – it seems like such a long time ago.
One of the things I’m most proud of is getting back into the habit of working out most days. My average is 4 or 5 times a week. I’m hoping I’ll be able to keep this up through the holidays and then into the new year.
I also really like the idea of keeping up the week long goals after the boot camp is over. Some of my goals have been as simple as making sure I’m in bed and the light off my 10. You’d think it would be a pretty easy thing to do, but some nights it’s harder than it sounds.
