I know we’re already a week into November, but I wanted to make sure I got my goals for the month up. It’s been a couple months since I’ve done it, and I want to get back on track.
Journal three times a week. I always have good intentions to journal, but it always seems like I run out of time at the end of the day. I’m going to make this a priority during November though.
Walk outside twice a week. The last few months I haven’t been very good at getting to Bowmont for walks. I can’t even remember the last time I was there. That needs to change. The fact that winter is coming can’t be an excuse for me. I have a warm coat, scarves, and gloves. Even if I don’t have the motivation or time to get to Bowmont, there’s plenty of places to walk near the house that I don’t have to drive to. Not only is it good for my body to go for a walk, but they have always been a great stress reliever for me.
What are you hoping to accomplish during November?
