I’ve signed up to do Tina Reale’s Best Body Boot Camp again. I did her first round last spring and really enjoyed myself, so I thought I’d give it another go.
Monday’s workout left my legs feeling sore – it was definitely the squats that did me in. Even though I’m sore I’m still having fun so far. Knowing that it’s a new workout every day is getting my motivated to do it.
Monday night we got a ton of snow, so my workout on Tuesday was shovelling the driveway. 45 minutes later it was finally done. Even though it was cold outside, I was still sweating.
This morning’s workout looks like it’s going to be a tough one. I’m going to do a couple of the modifications Tina suggests to make it a little easier.
