I decided to sign up for a yoga class a couple weeks ago. I had a tough time deciding what I wanted to take and where I wanted to do it.
I had heard good things about one studio and was checking out the beginner classes there. Then I heard about a yoga/pilates combination class being held at the community centre in my neighbourhood. I wasn’t sure which one I wanted to take.
I finally decided to go with the yoga/pilates class. It’s a little bit cheaper, plus it’s really close. I want to eventually check out the other yoga studio, but for right now I think I’m just going to stick with the one class.
I’ve never done pilates before, so I’m a little nervous about that, but for the most part I definitely think I’ll be more comfortable than the first time I went to a yoga class.
My co-worker is a yoga instructor, and when I told her that I had signed up for another yoga class she was pretty excited. I’m definitely looking forward to my first class in a couple weeks.
