I generally don’t make New Year’s resolutions cause when I used to make them, I would fail horribly, and end up feeling bad about myself. It wasn’t good for the self-esteem. But for those of you who do, I thought I’d put some tips together for you. And maybe if I had followed some of this advice things would have worked out better for me.
