I know I’m late with my goals this month. It’s kind of indicative of what life has been like lately for me. I feel like I’m always a step behind. But this is better late than never, right?

Here’s what I want to do this month:

Journal – I think I’ve done this twice so far this month. Pretty pathetic, considering I was doing it every day just a couple months ago. I need to make time for this. It’s a big stress buster for me, so it’s definitely worth the time.

Be active – My working out definitely hasn’t been happening very consistently either for the last couple of weeks. I need to get back on track.

Eat better – This definitely has to happen this month, with food being everywhere. My eating hasn’t been great the last little while, but I want to end the year on a good note.
