I really didn’t feel like running today. I told myself I could skip today’s run and do it on Saturday instead. I thought it would be easier to tackle a run on a Tuesday instead of a Monday. The excuses went on and on.
But then I put my shoes on and got on the treadmill. I ran.
And do you want to know what made it worth it this morning?
I ran the fastest I ever have.
I made myself proud.
So Much for Excuses . . . .
