Here’s what I wanted to accomplish last week:

Journal every single day.

I failed horribly at this. Yes, I got all my food and workouts written down, but nothing beyond that. Bad me.

Run 4 times. 

Another success! I was so on top of it this week. My plan was to run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and that’s exactly what I did.

Here’s what I want to do this week:

Journal everyday. 

Because I failed so miserably at journaling last week, I thought I’d try to do it again this week.
