Here’s how I did on last week’s goals:

Run 4 times. 

I did it! I honestly wasn’t sure if I would, but I’m so proud of myself that I did. Seriously, if only you could have see the goofy smile on my face after I finished my 4th run.

Go to Bowmont twice. 

Done! I ended up taking Bailey both times, so even though I didn’t end up going for as long as I would have liked, Bailey sure had fun. He’s 14 years old now, so understandably he’s a little slow and get tired a lot faster than he used to.

Here’s what I’d like to accomplish this coming week:

Journal every single day.

I used to be a journaling machine! I did it faithfully everyday. But this summer I let it start to fall my the wayside, and I need to get back on track. It made me a lot less stressed out when I was doing it everyday. It’s amazing that just writing things down has that effect. Plus it’s kind of cool to look back at what was going through my head.

Run 4 times. 

I figure if I could do it last week, I can do it again this week.
