So here’s how I did on last week’s goals:
Run 3 times.
Done! I got all three of my runs in. Go me.
Go to Bowmont twice.
Half done. I only managed to get out to Bowmont once this week. I have no good reason why I didn’t meet my goal.
So here’s what I’m planning on doing this week:
Run 4 times.
I think this week is going to be tough, even though today’s run went pretty good. But I want to make sure I’m ready for next week. So I’m going to add another run in this week. Plus the guidelines for the training program say that at least three runs should happen every week. I want to make sure I’m setting myself up for success, so I’m going with 4 runs.
Go to Bowmont twice.
It makes me feel so good when I get out to Bowmont. It’s hard to explain why, but I always feel so good when I get back. So I’m going to try again to get this goal completed.
