I thought I’d share my breakfast with you today!
I had a fat free yogurt, blueberry muffin, an orange, and water.
I love these yogurts! They have delicious flavors and it’s so convenient to have them in single serve containers. I don’t even have to think about it in the morning, I just grab one and go.
Living where I do, it means that most of the year the oranges we get aren’t that great. But so far this batch hasn’t been half bad. Though of course I’m still looking forward to January/February for the most delicious oranges!
The blueberry muffin tasted so good this morning. I made a batch of them at the end of August with blueberries that I bought at the farmer’s market. They’ve been in the freezer ever since. I decided to take them out the other day because I was craving the blueberries. It’s amazing the difference between blueberries from the grocery store and those from the farmer’s market.
And BTW, in case you were wondering about last night, I totally owned it! No bad decisions about food despite the sadness. I was strong. And I feel really good about it today.
