This shouldn’t be too hard, as long as I stick to my schedule.

Go to Bowmont twice.

There’s this amazing park in the next neighborhood over from mine. It follows the river and actually goes through a few neighborhoods. There’s a paved path as well of lots of unpaved ones. There’s even a boardwalk that goes down to a little waterfall. Not only is it good to get out and walk, but being surrounded by nature (there’s a couple spots where it doesn’t even feel like you’re in the city) is good for me. It’s so relaxing and makes me smile.

I used to go to Bowmont 4 or 5 times a week. Or at least that’s what I was doing for the last year and a half. But something changed this summer and I found it harder and harder to get out there. I don’t think I’ve set foot in Bowmont for close to three weeks now. So I’m hoping to get back in the habit of going there to walk after work.

I know there’s not much to my goals this week, but I’ll be happy if I get them accomplished.
