I had someone ask me a day or two ago what my training looked like for my running. I told her I was doing the beginning program out of this book by John Stanton.
I’ve read it once before, the last time I was running consistently, about a year ago. I decided to read it for a second time now that I’m running again. It’s amazing how much of the information I’ve forgotten, it’s a good thing I’m going through it for a second time.
There’s not only training programs for beginners either. It has programs for 5K’s right up to marathons. In addition to training programs there’s also lots of info about nutrition, gear, injuries, pretty much everything you’d need to know to run.
