Well, here I am.

The plan is to have this be a blog about my getting into shape. It’s about time it happened.

I’ve been trying to eat better the last little while. I used to have such good eating habits. Then summer hit and things got a little (or maybe a lot) off track. So I’m trying to get back to where I was before.

I’m going to start working out. The plan is to start running a couple times a week and then eventually add in some cross training.

I want to lose weight. I want to be strong. I want to look good.

There’s more, but the above pretty much sums it up.
