I made sugar cookies not too long ago and thought I’d share them with you.
First I combined the dry ingredients together.
Then I mixed together the wet ingredients. I added the dry to the wet and combined.
I split the dough in two pieces and wrapped it in plastic wrap to chill in the fridge for a few hours.
I then let it come to room temperature, rolled it out (with lots of flour to keep it from sticking), and cut out the cookies.
I think they come out looking pretty good. Apparently I’m still feeling Christmas-y cause I used wreath and star cookie cutters. Don’t ask why I picked those two cause I have no idea.
